The reception is open at set times. Some supermarkets, newsagents, bars and tobacco shops are located not far from the residence. A free, unattended outdoor car park is also available for guests.

Apartments located on the first floor have a balcony or a terrace, while those on the ground floor have a small veranda. They all have bathrooms with shower, a kitchenette, a washing machine and satellite TV. Air conditioning is available on request and at an additional cost.
