Hotel description
The apartments are located in a newly built residential complex in the picturesque and touristic town of Orosei (about 80 km from the port and airport of Olbia), which preserves a medieval historic center dominated by the ruins of the ancient Giudicale castle. . The Marina di Orosei, a long beach of about 5 km, is home to numerous beaches such as Su Barone, Osalla and Su Petrosu, and is located just 3 km from the residence. All apartments are air conditioned and furnished in typical Sardinian style. The apartments are arranged on two floors (ground and first floor) and have an independent entrance with a covered and equipped veranda. Swimming pool at the Maria Rosaria hotel (220 mt from the residence) , umbrellas and deck chairs until exhaustion. RATES INCLUDE: Final cleaning (Kitchenette cleaning is responsibility of the guest, wrongdoers will be applied a surcharge of € 60.00), electricity, water, 1 set of bed linens and bath towels per week.air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washing machine, unguarded parking.
